About

Lovely Suite in a gated community with a separate entrance overlooking the riverbank of the Sunflower River. The Suite has a king bed with a sitting area in the bedroom with a 65” tv . There is a large walk-in shower, a jacuzzi & nice sink area with separate toilet area in the bath. A separate glass sunroom with sofa & comfy chair , a dining table/ desk area with 4 chairs & a small TV. There is a coffee bar , microwave, mini fridge ,air flyer toaster oven, & a single induction hot plate

Good to know

Beautifully furnished Apartment with wonderful views overlooking the riverbank , one mile from Clarksdale. Private wooded area behind so you are secluded in the country yet only 4 minutes to downtown Clarksdale or to Shack up / Hopson entertainment. There is a gas grill you share with the Sunflower Penthouse .The 2 sofas are long and comfortable to sleep on if you have extra folks ( sheets and pillows available for them in chest in the walk in closet ) Although the Suite has a large toaster oven, an induction cooktop , microwave and mini fridge, there is not a sink over close to these appliances Yet! ( next phase ) There is a fairly large vanity sink area in the bathroom where guests may wash dishes or pans .

Other Details to Note

There is a lock box by the French door. Your entrance is around the right side of the house, up a few steps to the back deck . The French door, which is your entrance to the suite, has a lock box next to it with the key. You will be entering your apartment through the sunroom. Laundry service available for a fee for longer stays.

Neighborhood

The Apartment is one mile from Clarksdale but you feel you are far away in the country. You are 4 minutes from Hopson / Shack Up area.

Guest Access

Beautiful riverbank to wander , shared side yard with fish pond and fountains, shared large deck with gas fire pit and table for outside dining, separate shared area around gas grill with benches . Take a walk across the road to the Cotton field straight across the road from Luster Lane or roam down to the river bank via steps on garage end of house( where the gas grill is)

Find us

There is a parking pad across from the house for you to use once you unload your luggage. I would not recommend walking to and from town at night ( The road is dark, no street lights or side walks ( cotton fields ) It is a country road that people drive fast on ,on their way into town) There are cab companies but things are so close I would just drive .
